This is the worst business ever. First, they stole the back seat mats to my brand new Camaro. Then when I complained one manager did offer me 2 free car washes, which didn't nearly equal the amount it cost to replace my mats ($64), but it was an effort. When I went back to get my second free wash the inside wasn't cleaned well at all. After driving a few miles away to do the rest of my errands, I noticed the back hadn't even been vacuumed, and the cup holder was exactly as it was when I arrived. Having just paid the $64 for my new mats, I was so pissed I drove back to the car wash to tell the manager. The owner, Tony, was there. This guy was so bad at customer service...he said to me ""Why should I try to make you happy when you already told me you're not coning back?"" and I responded, ""because it's good customer service, and if you rectify the situation with good service, then I would come back."" Then he said ""It's just going to cost me money to make you happy and you already told me you're not coming back."" . When he asked why he should make me happy, at that point I should have responded ""because you and your criminal employees and your sorry company are going on my FB page."" This jerk doesn't seem to know that news of bad experiences travels 10x faster than those of good experiences. When I was leaving and his employees were asking why I was back so soon, and I told them they're boss is an ass hole. They loved it. Never give this man business. I'd rather drive a far distance for someone who treats customers with respect and appreciates their business.
