Northside Towing

Having punched a hole in my radiator on I-85 (read: flying rubber from a big-rig's tire blowout), I managed to crawl back to my campus and call AAA for a tow. And get told it would be several hours. Problem being, the dealer I needed it taken-to closed before then. I called several companies, and Northside was hesitant to tell me that they could do it in the time allotted. Others who promised miracles either wouldn't quote prices or were as unprofessional as possible. Northside called me back, said they could do it, and came as promised. Not only that, but when I managed to lock my keys in the truck before they got there, they gave me a discounted lockout, too. Pros: Everything Cons: There aren't many more businesses like them! more

I own a fleet of air conditioning trucks and they sometimes have problems so I have been relying on northside towing for many years now. Fair rates and great response time is important with employees in the field waiting for a wrecker. They bill me monthly and I have never had an issue with billing in my many years as a client. Nice folks that know what they are doing. Called another service that insisted on not using a flatbed said something about a wheel lift? Quoted me $150.00 with hook up fee and mileage for a very short tow. They were rude anyway so I moved on and got lucky finding Northside Towing. Pros: A+ more
