We always have a great experience at NorthPark Veterniary Hospital. Dr. Hebert is always available and willing to answer all of my questions. He really takes the time to make sure both me and my pet feel comfortable every visit. Dr. Hebert is very knowledgable and always gives me a valuable, honest opinion for the treatment and care of my pet. His staff is always extremely friendly and very helpful anytime we visit or call with questions. We are so thankful for his clinic and the great care he gives to our pets! more

Wonderful pet care 1/2/2011

I've used this animal hospital for years and have always been very pleased. So when I saw the review above, I couldn't help but respond, even though the posting is several years old. The staff at NPVH has always allowed me to view procedures when I request; they even have a window for viewing surgery. Since tests for hearworms and intestinal parasites are part of the annual exam, I expect those procedures to be done when I take my dogs in for their annual exams. The care my pets have received over the years has been excellent! more

I left this practice 8/3/2005

Okay, so they aren't dangerous and they didn't hurt my dog but I didn't agree with their policies. They took my dog in back to weigh her and without my permission drew blood and took a stool sample. I should be asked first. Also, my husband went in to get heartworm meds and they wouldn't believe him when he told them how much the dogs weigh. They made him buy the higher weight. How hard would it have been to check their records? They had been in recently. I found a new vet. more
