This is the WORST vision center I have ever been to. They have no customer service they don't take fault in anything and they can't seem to do their jobs correctly. How does a vision center screw things up so much??? Well they do! Go elsewhere if you don't want to deal with a headache! more

NO Service at all 11/7/2011

Got a prescription... and they missed my prism from my old one......sounds kind of basic and should not have been missed. Overall... it does not look like the prescription is correct and it's 5 months later......Just started wearing the new glasses for the past 2 12 months....since it is over 3 months since the exam....they won't do anything....bad.... bad.... bad.... I will never return to this place. more

I have been going here for 5 years and hve always been very happy with the dedicated care of the docs, the check in desk, check out desk and the contact lens people have all been great! They have 2 locations so it is almost always easy to get in when I need to to fit my schedule and not have to wait a long time. Pros: great chair side care more

Warning - Penalizes you 20% for returned lenses! 1/20/2010

I bought reading glasses for $25 cash, tried to return it the following week, and they said they can give me a refund minus 20% for a ""restocking fee"". Seriously? You want to keep my $5 for returning a product that ended up not fitting correctly? This is a sham. And for me, a deal breaker. I will be taking my business elsewhere - plenty of other opticians to choose from! Try Bennett Eyecare or Ann Waterman. more
