Excellent care! 6/18/2008

I took my dog to them for a second opinion after my original doctor just sent me home with antibiotics. Dr.Banks mentioned several more possibilities for what could be making my dog sick and even offered to run blood work when I was there (the other vet told me I had to wait)! He even found a heart problem that the first doctor didn't. It was also nice that I could bring my sick dog into the hospital with me to before the appointment instead of leaving him in the car.\r Bruiser is 100% better now and I know had I not gone to Dr.Banks Bruiser would not had made it.\r \r The comment about the pricing is true, but I almost learned the hard way that you pay for what you get.\r \r Thank you Dr.Banks!!! more

It's like my own doctors hospital 12/28/2007

I like the small practice feeling.\r The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The doctor seems very interested in what he does and I never feel that he is rushing us out to move the next one in. Dr.Banks listened to my dogs heart, looked closely at his ears and eyes and did a complete physical; my previous doctor maybe had his hands on my dog for a fraction of what Dr. Banks did.\r I called around and found out prices were a little higher than others but the other places did not spend as much time in the room and did not include all the things my vet did in his prices. more
