Northlake Village

I visited Northlake this week with some of my friends that were looking for a place. When we got there lady working in the office was nice. She answered all their questions, which I thought was nice because they are not from here. I have lived in Lima my whole life and did not know they were back there. We walked thru two apartments and I have to say they are very nice and have a lot of room. When we got back to the office I asked her if I could also have a application. My friends and their daughter are moving in next week. more

I visited Northlake last week, I was looking for a place for my self and wife. I was very happy with where they are located. They are close to the stores which is good so my wife and I can take walks . They showed me a two bedroom it had alot of room. I would have never thought they were that big on the inside. You could tell that they take care of the place. I asked alot of questions and the office people really helped me out. more

Let me just say if you want ghetto fabulous, ill mannered people, drug deals going on outside your door step, unGodly, unruly children then welcome home! I could go on and on what is wrong with this property. It's a really rough neighborhood where you feel like you need swat gear and full body army to get out of your car. This property location feels worse than driving through the Wards of New Orleans. I was going there to meet the lady who runs it who straight lied to me about the place being in an excellent part of town and superb neighborhood not to mention she said the schools are the best. When I first got off the highway turned right followed my directions to the apartments, I truly started freaking out! Each road to the location got worse as we drove. I saw 2 drug deals happening right in the middle of the street on the way there. We pulled into the apartments and made a quick u-turn and got out of there asap. It was terrifying. There was 2 more drug deals going on in the parking lot. The manager who I called 2 times for the meeting finally returned my phone calls about 2 hours later after I left and headed back home. The manager sounds like she is half looped on something either alcohol or drugs which one I am not sure. I chose this property because of the reputation of good standings that the company who is managing this property has. This isn't the place you want to live or raise a family. The woman who manages this place should be fired immediately and half the people should be banned from living their. These are nice townhouses from what I say however the rest is BAD!! REALLY BAD!! Renters beware. Do your homework your research on neighborhoods. Stay away from this place!! Save yourself a phone call and a trip. Trust my review! more
