Northgate Smiles

Always outstanding care and service over the last seven years. In fact, I'm bringing my daughter this coming Monday. They do so much to make us both feel comfortable there! more

I switched dentist last year to find an office that's closer to my house and Northgate Smiles has been fantastic! Dr. Aylen and her entire staff are very welcoming and a pleasure to deal with during my visits. Everyone at this office is very attentive and they care about their patients. I'd recommend this dentist office to anybody. more

We loved Northgate Smiles and are so thankful to have found them! They are extremely friendly and welcoming. I am not a big fan of going to the dentist but they really made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. They walk you through everything, and have utilized technology in a way to show the patient everything. I really appreciated them taking care of my husband as well. I get anxiety about anything dental. This office has really helped me to over come that No matter the situation, they don't judge you. They have been great about explaining options and answering any questions about procedures and billing. I love this office so much that my young daughter is now a patient. They are gentle and precise and couldn't ask for a better dental office. more

PROS: located next to Northgate Mall, plenty of parking, friendly and knowledgeable staff both about dental care and insurance. the pictures of my teeth was pretty sweet.\r CONS: Seems to be on the higher end as far as costs for services. more

Great experience with Dr. Aylen! My whole family uses Northgate Smiles. I particularly liked seeing live photos taken of my teeth to help me understand the issues we were working on. I would highly recommend Dr. Aylen. Her whole staff are cheerful and friendly also. more

I have been coming here for 2 years. The staff is very friendly and make you feel comfortable. They do very good work, I've had cavities filled and my wisdom teeth pulled plus the usual cleanings. They have TV's in the rooms so you have something else to focus on. more

About a year ago two of my friends recommended me Dr. Aylen at Northgate Smile. I made an appointment and was very happy I did so. Dr. Aylen and her staff are very experienced and skilled professionals and I always feel welcomed there. My teeth are in bad shape and need a lot of attention. Dr. Aylen and her dental hygienists managed to keep everything under control and I haven’t had any new cavity since. All procedures were done with great care and almost no pain and I never have had any problems or needed any additional repairs afterwards. I also appreciate follow up calls after treatment and appointments reminders. I will continue to see Dr. Aylen and I am planning to start Invisalign treatment with her shortly. more

Both my husband and I have gone to Dr. Aylen for work. She came highly recommended and knowing we both had some work that needed to be done, I wanted a dentist that we could trust. I am very pleased with the service that we have received from her and the staff. I feel I was well informed and educated about the necessary services. Overall the experience has been positive and it is nice to finally have established a dentist we feel comfortable and confident with. more

Office building on the outside reminded me of dentist building I use to go to as a kid... not a good experience so a little \r \r nervous since I had to change dentist for insurance reasons. Inside was clean and modern with TVs in every room and they \r \r used the same TV for my digital xrays. Little more current than my last dentist.\r The hygenist was friendly and did explain everything to me which was nice but I don't know if she really cleanned them as \r \r well as others? I guess because I didn't leave with a sore mouth? \r \r Dr Karla Aylen was friendly but I didn't really talk to her very long. She pointed out that I need a filling replaced and a new \r \r crown. I'm not thrilled about it because of the cost but also because of my last crown experience. She did shave down my last \r \r crown that I got in December (from previous dentist) which did make it fit better in my mouth.\r \r Reception was friendly but I do wonder why the cost was $200 more than the other dentist in December? I'm supposed to be \r \r covered by insurance, in network so don't understand the cost. The previous dentist not in network but also did a crown and \r \r filling....\r \r Getting a crown next week so we will see how this one goes. more

Definitely like this place. Very friendly atmosphere, lots of amenities. I definitely recommend them and plenty of parking. more

Northgate Smiles is the best dentist I've ever been to. I needed a root canal and they got me in ASAP and where super friendly and welcoming. It's also worth noting that it was my most comfortable experience inside the dentist seat. I really didn't feel much of anything. more
