After buying all new kitchen appliances in 2006 when we redid our kitchen down to the studs we had issues with the refrigerator and had to have it replaced st less than a year old...

Randy was very helpful and understanding. He took the time to listen to my concerns and issues. Steve and Aaron were very courteous and very helpful. They both were super kind and caring taking their time to advise me on a few concerns. I cannot say enough, they were great guys! more

Great experience time and time again! 11/12/2012

Great experience! 8/20/2012

Chuck did a great job in helping me find the right Dryer to buy, he was great. The delivery crew was great too. There were two guys, they did a great job and were very fast, careful, and right on time. more

The help I received at Northgate Appliance was phenomenal. I purchased a dryer and had it delivered.The two guys that delivered it were great! Very fast, careful and right on time...which was very convenient for me. My sales person, Chuck, was very helpful as well. He gave honest feedback and helped me pick out a dryer that had great quality and reasonable price. I had a great overall experience! more

Amazing delivery crew! 11/8/2011

Never go anywhere but Northgate! 11/1/2011

I recently purchased a matching refrigerator and stove from Northgate Appliance. The options in the showroom were endless, but the salesman was very knowledgeable and attentive. He found exactly what I wanted and got me a good price and warranties on both appliances. I am very satisfied with my experience at Northgate and I don't think I would go anywhere else for this kind of purchase again. -Marnie P. - more

Lacking customer service 7/11/2011

I went to Northgate looking for a refrigerator. There were no other customers in the store while I looked at the selection they had on the sales floor. Not one person greeted me, said they would be with me shortly (I 3 associates that were 'working' there) or offered any assistance. After browsing the store for about 10 minutes I left and ended up purchasing my appliance elsewhere the same day. Too bad some businesses don't stress customer service with their staff because it costs them in sales and free advertising via happy customers. I will never shop or recommend this business to anyone I know. more

Good selection 11/27/2005

Northgate Furniture and Appliance has a good selection of stoves and refridgerators, as well as furniture. I went here looking for a stove and refridgerator, so paid more attention to these. Their prices were a little higher than other places I had been, but not outrageous. They did have several models that the other places did not, and I was pleased with the variety they had. Their salespeople were not pushy, but were available to answer questions. They seemed knowledgeable about their products, and answered all my questions. more

Great Recommendation 8/12/2005

We were recommended to use Northgate Furniture for all of our appliance needs when we built our house. I'm so glad we did. We haven't had any problems with anything we purchased except for our microwave. When we started having problems I called and spoke to a very helpful and honest man about our options. We took our microwave in to get fixed. They looked at it and couldn't find any problems, tested it in the store and couldn't get it to not work. They didn't charge us a thing for all of the time they took on it. I would recommend this store to anyone. more
