From the initial contact with the sales representative, Tom Lion, to the scheduling of the installation date, to the delivery of the materials, the actual installation and the clean-up, I could not have asked for more. The sales representative was knowledgeable of the products, made recommendations, did a thorough inspection of the roof and followed through with a price and contract that was acceptable. There was no high-pressure sell. The installation was completed in one day. The appearance of the new roof and how it matched the siding on my home was wonderful. I am totally satisfied with the appearance of the new roof. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof or roofing repairs. more

Working with the professional staff in planning the materials and scheduling the work was excellent, as was the overall management and responsiveness to my needs/inquiries. The contractors doing the actual work - this was disappointing in their treatment of my home surroundings, cleaning up afterwards, etc., especially the siding contractor. This is an area that needs work, ensuring that the workers are caring for the landscaping, cleaning up the dirt and depris after the job, so that the house is left as it was found before starting the work. more

Every step of the way, NV Roofing was thorough, timely and professional in their work. We had a complete re-roofing, replacement of skylights, and replacement of gutters and downspouts. Beginning with Paul Flynn's efforts on the assessment, working with our insurance company, and then scheduling and executing the work I had a great experience. We had one issue where the roofers painted a stainless steel fireplace vent pipe that was to be left untouched. Subsequent repairs needed to be made and NV Roofing has stood behind their work covering 100 of all costs IMMEDIATELY and without hesitation. They are a great team who took tremendous pride in their work and I would gladly have Paul and his team work on our roof again. I called Northern Virginia Roofing to get the snow off my roof and repair my gutters. I had some ice damage from water freezing and jamming into the gutters, and they tried to take them down and save them, but that was pretty much impossible because of the weight of the ice. We had to scrap the old gutters and put new ones up. They came back out in 2-3 days later, waiting for the snow and ice to melt, and they put the new gutters up. They did a good job, and I was very pleased. more

Northern Virginia Roofing does very good quality work. I'm a strong supporter of them; they did a great job! The thing is, when I was quite young, I used to work as a contractor, and I know a lot about siding in the old days. I know a little from all those year ago, so I'm looking at it all not just as a homeowner, but also as someone who was in the business. I wasn't quite sure with what happens nowadays with all the modern equipment, but I was quite pleased with what they did. They came on the job, did exactly what was needed, very quickly I might add, and they were on time. I was quite pleased! They did a few extra things for me, like making some moldings for the outside of my house. The old ones were made of wood that had rotted out, so the roofers sat there and made some out of aluminum. I've never seen anything like it! The new moldings won't rot out. We painted them up with outside, plastic paint, and I will never have to replace them, at least not in my lifetime, as far as I could see. I highly recommend them because of all of that.
