We had significant hail damage done to our shingle roof and Northern Virginia Roofing came by and checked it out and essentially replaced the roof. It's guaranteed for about 20-30...

Worst

I guess when it comes to replacing the whole roof they are ok??? I can guess this from all the positive reviews. BUT when it comes to repairing your roof don't let them touch it....

Northern Virginia Roofing has really, really good quality. I wasn't around that much for the actual work, so it is kind of hard for me to rate that, but the roof looks absolutely great and everything. The workers did a very good job, they cleaned up after themselves, and it looks really, really good. David Holloway more

Fantastic Job! Fantastic Company! I highly recommend. 6/22/2011

Our entire roof of deteriorating slate was replaced with GAF Grand Slate shingles, and all of our gutters and downspouts were replaced. We were not only satisfied with the end result, but we were impressed with the speed with which the job was done. The whole project was completed in two days.\r \r more

Beginning with the first phone call to the gentleman who arranged my initial roof inspection, my experience dealing with the NV Roofing Team through the completion of the project went smooothly and any questions I had along the way were answered. Professional, knowledgeable and experienced, family-run company. 5/25/2011

I suffered damage to the roof of my home as the result of a hailstorm. Northern Virginia Roofing came out and were able to fix the problem. They were committed to the job, and even worked with my insurance company to get me a better roof at no cost. At the time I hired Northern Virginia Roofing, roofers could almost pick and choose who they were working for. Northern Virginia is a family-run business, and use good people, so I didn't have to worry about the quality of the work they were performing. They did a wonderful job, and I recommend them regularly in my professional life. more

Thumbs up to N. Va Roofing 5/9/2011

Our house had damage by a hail storm. N Va Roofing recently replaced our Roof, Siding, gutters and sky lights. They were very helpful in guiding us through the process and we are very pleased with their work. We have already recommend them to other friends in the area. more

Took some time but work was completed as requested 5/9/2011

Took a lot of time and calling to arrange an estimate. First estimate was lost. Got an estimate and work started after talking to management. Initial work not completed to satisfaction. Took along time to coordinate and complete work per contract. Work WAS completed per contract in the end. Work load due to major storm damage in the area could be the cause to all the delays. But better communications and not over promising on dates would be better. more

Roofing Siding and Window Replacement Review 5/6/2011

The team at Northern Virginia provide excellent service/support in all stages of this project. From being on hand to support me in meeting with adjusters, sitting and reviewing all aspects of the job and explaining all possible choices of Roofing, siding and window materials available to me. The work was performed in a timely manner and was completed on schedule in spite of adverse weather conditions. Management follow up on the job and my level of satisfaction was superb!!!! Thank you to the staff and management of Northern Virginia Roofing!!!! more

When I need roofing or window support, they are the folks I call 4/25/2011

I have used N. Va Roofing since the big snow of 2009, when I had them shovel off my flat roof. Subsequently, I used them for general roof repair, extensive window covering, and replacement of all the windows in our home (about 15). The window replacement was extraordinary--they dropped off the windows at 10 and showed up at 2 to install. I raced home at 530 expecting the worst and, instead, find perfection. It was a fabulous job. Occasionally we had to wait for supplies, but the workmanship and follow up has been sterling. more

Northern Virginia Roofing is highly professional and knowledgeable. 4/25/2011

I've actually had three experiences with Northern Virginia Roofing so far. The first, was a resident's roof repair. The second, was a complete roof replacement, including decking too, on a private residence, that was over 6000 square feet of roofing. The last was for a church and assembly hall I was responsible for. We had them come in and do a winter weather damage assessment because there was water and snow damage and then do the repairs too. Each job they take on, they offer their professional opinion. They don't waste money on unnecessary things. They use the latest tools and technology to ensure your quick return on your money spent. There were good number of staff that worked on the roof repair. They completed the repair in a timely fashion in one day. I did see one nail on my deck, but all-in-all clean up was done well. more

Efficient and professional 4/15/2011

My only regret is that we did not wait until after the snow melted on the patio before having the job done. This greatly impaired the cleanup -- resulting in multiple trips from the company to the house to completely finish. The company was completely cooperative and helpful. more

Great quality, pushy salesman 4/13/2011

I had an overall great experience w NV Roofing. The quality was phenomenal, the service was outstanding. One unfortunate issue, however, was the pushy salesman, who questioned emphatically if I would make the full payment, esp since I asked them to do a thorough walk-through prior to the full payment. Further, the salesman was very pushy, demanding, and sometimes condescending. Other than the salesman, the entire experience was great, and I would highly recommend them. more

NVR came onto the scene after another company had begun the work on my roof but failed to complete it correctly. They were fast, courteous and professional. I would definitely hire them again. more
