I would highly recommend Northend Home heating. They came in, replaced my furnace, explained EVERYTHING in terms I could understand and cleaned up before they left. Doug and his crew were very friendly and professional. Give him a call and you won't be disappointed. more

Doug and his crew were referred to me, by a friend & very satisfied customer. I couldn't be happier that I went with such a knowledgeable team. They were on time, very friendly, answered ALL my questions (in layman terms so I understood) and cleaned up before they left. Fair market price and EXCELLENT service. Great fast service 9/18/2009

My entire experience with Doug and Northend Home Heating was wonderful. I called for a quote on a new gas furnace and some ductwork on Monday, the owner Doug came out on Tuesday morning to give me a quote. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had. His quote was reasonable and competitive. I called him later Tuesday to accept his quote and he told me he had time later in the week to install everything. By Thursday afternoon of the same week I had my new furnace installed. He was also helpful in providing information on the all the rebates and tax credits I could receive. I strongly recommend Northend Home Heating to anyone looking for a new furnace and/or ductwork. more

A great experience 9/7/2009

Northend Home Heating installed a furnace in my house. Doug and his crew were very professional yet personnel. Doug gave me a good price and an even better experience. They left cleaner than it was when they arrived. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. more

i used to be northend home heating's supplier for sheet metal and furnaces and doug does very good work, ive known him for 17 years and he is very professional and reliable, i wished i still was out there on the west coast, good job nhh.. jamie m more

Great small HVAC furnace installer 12/12/2005

I'm not sure if they do heat pumps, but Doug Hamilton and his brother did a great job installing a new gas, forced-air furnace and some ducting in my Ballard house, as well as a gas water heater. I also used them to install some iron gas line in that house and another. If you are getting a new furnace, I would pass on the (Honeywell) electrostatic air filter - it adds a few hundred bucks and doesn't really work that well, at least mine doesn't. Save some money and buy a stack of regular filters for your furnace and change them out every 2-6 months. more
