I'm not sure if they do heat pumps, but Doug Hamilton and his brother did a great job installing a new gas, forced-air furnace and some ducting in my Ballard house, as well as a gas water heater.
I also used them to install some iron gas line in that house and another.
If you are getting a new furnace, I would pass on the (Honeywell) electrostatic air filter - it adds a few hundred bucks and doesn't really work that well, at least mine doesn't. Save some money and buy a stack of regular filters for your furnace and change them out every 2-6 months.
