when i called for water damage jamie said it would be $2k ended up over $3k

Pat, our service tech, was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and competent. Only drawback was stability of ladder for tech to reach windows in atrium. Ladder was too large to open in atrium, so it was leant against the wall. Tech should have a platform-style ladder or something that is safe and stable for reaching spaces over 15 feet. more

Excellent service 5/3/2013

The guys are Northstar are awesome they came into my home and right away began to handle the issue in our basement. Every time I had a question they would answer it and take the time to find the answer if they didnt know it. They worked with my insurance so things moved along very smooth. If I ever had issues again I would call them again. I would also recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service more

I've never had anyone do this kind of work for me before. They seem to be knowledgeable to handle the situation. I had a guy come in and fix the pipes on the boiler system. He thinks I may have another leak along the line somewhere, but we have to wait for it to thaw out in order to try and bleed it out. more

NorthStar did a great job cleaning the carpets in our home and removing some stains that appeared permanent. Staff was very helpful in explaining the process, as well as the do's and don'ts to maintain the carpets. more

We have our carpets cleaned every year and this is by far the best company I have had do the carpet cleaning. The 2 gentlemen who came to do the cleaning were personable, energetic, worked well together and did a great job. The stains were removed from the carpets except for one stubborn area, which they came back to clean without any questions. The carpets felt good and looked good. They were even able to repair a section of carpet that was torn. I would highly recommend Northstar cleaning. more
