I was first introduced to NWSC last year and have taken my car back a few times since then (oil change, brakes & AC). Every time, I get greeted by a friendly staff! They are realiable, honest and I am amazed at their costs! Lots better than the dealership! So glad I was referred to them!! I only wish I was a long time ago! more

Quote one price for repairs needed when I had the car in for routine maintenance. When I dropped the car off, asked to have them call if repairs went over a certain amount. Got a call with the 50% increase in price and work had already started on auto. When asked about increase, was told the other guy missed quoted. This is the first time this has happened here. When I picked the car up nothing was said about needing any other maintenance. When I looked at the invoice at home, it said I need more maintenance work done. But I don't know how soon they needs to be done. They do great work and the staff is friendly. I will go back, hoping this is a one time occurrence. At the end day I felt because I am female I was taken advantage of, just like every other auto repair place. more

The title of this review says all that needs to be said. North Wells is the kind of mechanic service to which all in that field should aspire. We've dealt with them 4-5 times now, and even when we did have to plunk down a significant amount of cash for a repair, we had no hesitation because we knew the price was more than fair, and the results would be worth more than what we were charged. They even had us come in a week later to make sure the repairs had no unforeseen problems. This was at no charge, and we were in and out in five minutes. The entire staff are never anything but sincerely friendly, without being too... odd, the way some overly friendly customer service people can be. Even when a prior customer was rude just before we came in, the front desk rep was helpful and cheerful as if nothing had happened. As long as they're in business, my fiancee and I will never worry one moment about car maintenance and repairs. Thanks for all the hard work, guys! more

Mitch and crew are so helpful, keep you up to date on the progress of the repairs and explain things clearly. The reward card is really nice too. Now if they could just get some comfortable chairs in the waiting area! more
