Very Clean Job 3/9/2016

Fantastic service right from the start. As like most other people, I hardly had any time to pack my goods. I informed them the same and the team arrived at least an hour earlier to start packing the items. Even though, they charge on an hourly basis, the job was never slowed down. The entire task was completed within an hour which was totally surprising. After all, not every company will finish the job earlier when they actually get paid, the longer it takes. North van lines crew was simply professionally and unbelievably polite. I would surely hire them again and again without second thoughts. more

smooth process 3/8/2016

North van lines did a very smooth move. Kevin is quite skilful and so was his co-workers Jake and mike. I previously hired a different moving company to do the move for me but unfortunately I had to terminate the contract because of their shady communications. North van lines movers are wonderful. The sales agent Matthew used to correspond very frequently, every time I knocked them I got a answer at prompt pace. All their packing procedure was very professional. They took good care of our belongings and wrapped them when needed. They also dropped-off of a treadmill at my friend's house. The greatest part was they didn't bit or moan like some other movers do. Everybody must hire them. more

Zero damage 3/7/2016

Yeah, I agree that you have insurance for important goods. But, it is really possible to keep breaking them and claiming? I think not because everyday items are important. Insurance companies don’t entertain claims so easy. My previous experience was nightmarish because of those who didn’t care much but I finally managed to find a mover who cared. The people at North vanlines took this burden off of me. Seriously, thank you guys! For not breaking anything, I would like to rate them six out of five. There were no damages or any sort of scratches done to my belongings. Patient, planned and dedicated work is how they managed to accomplish it. more
