I really loved their service quality 5/3/2016

Three different guys showed up and I guess they were the team from North Van Lines. As any other person will be, I was literally scared of handing my belongings to them. But, within an hour they proved me wrong. The guys handled the goods with real care and they packed it with multiple layers. Even when they loaded it in the truck, there was no sign of hurry. The items in my home including the home theater setup, bed and furniture had some fitting to be done. They did it using some tools which sped up the process. It was not stressful at any point of time. more

No damages done 4/28/2016

It’s not every day you say that a moving company did their job to their best efforts but North Van Lines does it every day without fail. I came to know their dedication after hiring them for three times at least including this one. Once I had to hire them for a friend of mine and twice for myself. The team handled the job with great dedication and they were really responsive. The team’s head was really courteous. I was constantly in touch with the customer care representative. They called me now and then to ensure things are going smooth. The goods were delivered without any damages. more

Punctuality and Promptness Matters a Lot 4/25/2016

It’s not just me but most people would really be annoyed if the people didn’t reach on time. A lot of moving experiences just become hectic because the movers end up reaching the residence late which obviously delays the moving time. When you pay on an hourly basis, it increases budget. Such issues were not existent with North Van Lines at all. They were not only on time but needed little help from our side. With a family of three kids, all I could do was wait and let them do the job. After all, I had young ones to take care of and they understood my situation very well. more

Positive experienced guaranteed! 4/21/2016

I am not trying to sell the company here but it was definitely an exhilarating experience working with the people from North Van Lines. The crew was positive and had a nice vibe throughout the job. They didn’t flinch or refused to do any of the tasks we assigned them to. The people including guys like Jake, Roger and Brian were just the best of the best. They were responsive and made sure we were totally free from commitments. All we had to do was to wait for them to pack, load it and then help us unload it in the residence. The goods were in proper condition. No damages. more

A Well-Rounded Service 4/21/2016

Customer service matters a lot for any good company. North Van Lines just nailed it. The people were prompt and responsive. Besides, they didn’t keep running to clarify their doubts from someone else but had good product knowledge. They were professional, prompt and gave me an all-rounded package. It fell within my proposed budget line. About three guys dropped in at my home on time. They started packing and moving goods. The truck arrived and it was loaded. I didn’t have to move a finger except to instruct them at some points. If someone is going to move, I will suggest this company without hesitation. more

Five star ratings, worth it 4/12/2016

North van lines sent a team of five people to my home. With five bedrooms and plenty of areas to cover, we had to hire additional services. They charged on an hourly basis as most companies do. It was affordable, at least based on the budget I had in mind. Besides, the good thing was the people never delayed a single minute even though we will actually pay them if there’s an extra hour. The job was quickly done but in an orderly fashion. It was a fun filled day because I was totally carefree and they took the stress out of me. Good job people. more

Moving made easy 4/11/2016

Just like most individuals, I was kind of intimidated by the concept of moving. We managed to be in the same house for five amazing years and I tried to prolong my stay to avoid relocating. Even after hiring the North Van lines, I wasn’t sure until they started doing their job. These people practically knew what they were doing. The packing was just professional in its best possible way. Goods were safely loaded and unloaded. The team was quite friendly and did heed to our instructions. I really wanted to leave them a testimonial and here I am doing it for the crew. more

Super fast 4/11/2016

Ben, Mach and two more guys were the ones who helped us move. I booked my slot at least a month ago with North van lines. They knew all about my requirements and the type of goods in my household. Packing started early in the morning as my house has four bedrooms and is bit big. I paid them extra because the total hours got extended and the job was really huge. I am glad that the company didn’t charge anything extra than the one we agreed upon when signing the contract. We spent more than four hours to load them all in the truck. I am sure most other employees would be annoyed by the work but these guys didn’t. more

My research paid off 4/10/2016

Like many other consumers online, I love to research a product or company thoroughly before hiring them. Reviews make it easier. North van lines has plenty of them and I was simply impressed by the list of people who loved their services. I am glad that now I am finally writing a review like everyone else. The job was quite easy because they didn’t demand too much. With pictures of my house, the moving costs were readily calculated. It was not increased at all even during the final bill. We live in the third floor and it was mentioned earlier. It was such a smooth affair for all of us. more

The service provided by North van lines was highly professional. The team was educated and knew how to keep goods safe. Packing was perfect. The only concern I had was they were a bit to slow to respond when I called them after the move. Five stars is an easy choice for the company. I reduced it little but I would highly recommend them. If my friends or someone else would ask for a moving company suggestions, this is the one that comes to my mind first. They are totally reliable and has a very huge service area making it easy for anyone to hire them. more

Just hire them 4/7/2016

The quality of delivery and packing is an utterly important aspect for any moving company. North van lines is quite aware of this fact and they have a crew who knows all the techniques that they should. The items including a couple of electronic equipment and other stuff were wrapped in bubble wraps for extra safety. Once they reached the venue, the crew helped me unpack the larger items. I thought they would actually leave once it is loaded in the home. But, they unpacked and cleared the packing materials which saved me a lot of time. I was totally stress free throughout the move. Thanks to them for that. more

The customer service was amazingly polite. I was really happy with the staff. Being so courteous, polite and ready to answer your questions is something every company needs. I had some papers to be readied so as to move the items to another state. North van lines helped me throughout this job. It showed their dedication to customer satisfaction. I even had a situation where storage was required for a week. While they did charge as any company should, it was quite minimal and there were some special discounts because the same movers helped me relocate. Definitely worth the cost and a highly recommended company. more

Once again I would like to thank the movers. I am not a person who loves to write long reviews or actually leave reviews at all. But, I really wanted everyone to know how good these people are. After all, there are so many who just suffer from bad moving experiences. For all of you, I say go with North van lines. The pricing is affordable. Service is top notch quality. The team is totally responsive and does what you ask them to do. The customer service works round the clock or at least whenever we need them. They even do weekend moves and special packaging. I had a musical instrument which was properly wrapped and delivered. more

I am totally happy with the company 4/4/2016

Professional moving companies are many but it’s not easy to find a totally dedicated mover who would safeguard your goods as you would do. North van lines is one such company where everyone is inclined to help you out including the customer care executive and the crew. I earlier moved from Texas to New Jersey. The company I hired was just ok. I had at least three different items damaged on delivery. The packing was not up to the mark. Arranged in the truck was not proper which lead to these damages. But, this time North van lines just ensured it was perfectly safe. more

My time with them couldn’t have been better 4/3/2016

Spending time with professional people could either be really good or just turn into a disaster. It’s purely based on how the guys behave and respond to your queries. When moving, I had plenty of instructions to give because I was concerned about my goods. I didn’t want them to get damaged. The North van lines movers understood my perspective and worked with dedication. It’s not easy to remember all their names. But, I did like this guy named Sheeran and there was Travis. Others were equally good but as I had to converse a lot with these two people, I remember their names better than others. At the end of the day, I was inclined to tip the generously. more

Highly recommended 3/10/2016

The responsive people from North van lines simply blew me off. Actually, I am angry now that there are no more stars to give to these people here. They were simply phenomenal in responding to my queries in quick succession. The documents required to move were handed over without any delay. My building’s management couldn’t find fault with them at all. The crew was efficient and polite. Some boxes required additional cushioning and they did it. Bubble wraps were used in excessive quantities for fragile items. They brought these supplies with them on moving day. Charges were highly affordable which is another highlight of this company. more

Working with Northvanlines 3/10/2016

I clearly remember the names of the guys who were in the team. It included, Dean, Curtz and Roland. I told them that the grand piano in our home was in the first floor. These guys brought it down without any damages and most importantly without flinching. They actually loved their job and I fell in love with their professional prowess. The moving crew was totally kickass. I asked for five members because my house is pretty large including a first floor to cover. The task was completed in just 3 hours which is pretty quick. Another two hours and they unloaded it all. more

great experience 3/10/2016

There is a collection of antique items and paintings in our household. As you could see, moving is a nightmare for us as they were too worthy to be broken or damaged. These items just can’t be replaced which made my husband search for almost every mover in town before shortlisting north van lines. After reading through hundreds of reviews and spending time in talking to their customer care rep, we decided this is the one. They brought plenty of bubble wraps to wrap those paintings and the fragile items. Nothing got damaged in the truck and all of them were delivered safely in the destination. more

Moving made easy 3/10/2016

At first, I just couldn’t believe the amazing number of positive reviews these guys have received. Customers had good things to say about North van lines. I am one among the list of patrons now after having experienced their services. Punctual. Dedicated. And, most of all, they responded to our requirements and worked accordingly. The pricing was at least two third lesser than what the competitors quoted. I am glad that I did my research before hiring the movers. Or else, I would have lost more money in the move than what I should have paid. I am surprised but at the same time happy to have found the company. more
