Visible Change: Worth a Visit 12/14/2009

Using Visible Changes products has really made a difference. My hair is softer and in better condition. Everyone of their products smells wonderful. The staff is highly trained and does a great job. Many times have I seen the elaborate hairstyles they can create and the salon is reasonably priced. I recommend anyone at least visiting once because you will keep going back. Incredible Hair Stylists 12/5/2009

I visited the shop after a 2 year absence (financial problems kept me away). I was greeted by incredible people that treated me as if I had never left. My Master Stylist (Martin Castanon), was more incredible than ever. He is a magician when it comes to hair cut. I have difficult thick and curly hair and when he is done I have a style that is easy to fix, looks like a million bucks and it lasts! Pros: Know what their doing more

Hats off to Matthew! 12/4/2009

I messed up my hair color when I tried a new salon near my home, then I tried to ""do it myself"". It took 2 appts, but Matthew worked miracles. I've been going to him for several years. Shame on me for trying to save time, traffic and parking. My hair looks better than ever! I will NEVER let myself be swayed by ""shortcuts"" again. It was never anything personal Matthew. Tina is the Best 11/22/2009

I have been going to Tina for years to get my hair colored. She ALWAYS gives me the color I want and exceeds my expectations. In my opinion she is the best one there, glad that she returned to the salon after having her baby. I would be lost without her. If you want great color and great input.. SEE TINA! Worst haircut experience 11/17/2009

Spotted the new shop at LaCantera and thought they looked like they knew what they were doing. My appointment was supposed to be for a Master stylist and someone that knew how to cut curly hair. Well what I got was a begining stylist with no experiance with curly hair and I didn't realize this until halfway through the haircut. Finely after 3 trys an extra inch of hair and 45 minutes later, the haircut was completed. I do not like the fact that the stylist never sees your hair dry, only after someone else washes it. I said something at the front desk when I was leaving and the only response I received was did I want to leave a tip..Looks classy, not so.. Someone needs to get in there and work on there customer service.. Pros: Professional looking Cons: Not professional more

Prissy has cut and styled hair for our lil family of 3 for 3 years now. Her attention to detail is impecable. Shes not only our hair stylist but a good friend of ours. I wouldn't dare go anywhere else. Visible Changes has a clean and comfortable atmosphere. If your looking for a new du.. or someone who will truly work magic or make you look amazing ask for Prissy. She has true talent and skill... She knows hair and will work her talents for your hair and looks. Just when I think we give her the hardest looks she pulls it off better than what we ask for. I have been going to Jamie for years. When she moved from North Star Mall to the new location....even though it's further for me to drive..I'm still going to her. She does my hair BETTER than anyone I've ever gone to. She colors and cuts my hair. It's great having a stylist that does both. I, Like the other reviewers, have been looking for a hairdresser for a long time. I was recently engaged when I first came to gabriel. He listened very carefully to what I wanted and has helped me grow out my hair longer than I imagined! I have already done my portraits and my hair stayed impecaple the whole day through. I would highly reccomend gabriel to everyone, because he not only knows hair but he is very personable and its never a dull moment with him! ! ! more

Gabriel = Outstanding Results! 11/3/2009

I am very particular about my hair, no one ever seems to get it right. That is until I visited Visible Changes and got a cut and color from Gabriel. It was absolutely fabulous! He listened very carefully to what I wanted, gave me some suggestions, and executed exactly what we talked about. I got very natural blonde highlights and an awesome haircut. Overall I highly reccomend him as a stylist and will continue to go there myself. Gabriel really out does himself. Go see for yourself.*****Gabriel the time I spent there was very well worth it. I am happy to report that my husband loved it and was just as pleased as I was. :) Pros: Great Service, Good Value, Easy To Get An Appointment. Cons: None! more

I have been going to visible changes for over 15 years and have good and bad expierences, but I can tell you that I have been going to Melissa for over 5 years (she works at the la cantera location) and every expierence is a great expierence. I work in the service industry and I always get compliments on her work! She makes me so comfertable at home and always gets me in an out in record time. The whole staff is excellent and I will continue to go to her and recomend people to Melissa!! She is awesome!!! Pros: SHE IS THE BEST!!! more
