They have refused to pick me up for doctors appointment's on different occasions for no apparent reason. The manager/supervisor Lynn is extremely rude and nasty. I have missed important doctor's appointment due to there unethical misconduct. I have done nothing wrong to deserve this treatment, my insurance company has assured me that the necessary paper work had been filed for me the receive the transportation services. They are a witness to this treatment, the reason they claimed I could not be picked up is due to insurance papers not being faxed. As I stated earlier my insurance company has indeed taken the proper steps for my transportation
