Extremely patient 2/9/2011

Donny was extremely patient and thorough with me as I purchased my first car. He went above and beyond the call of duty to close the deal with me from the time I came in (around 6:30PM) until 12:30 in the morning. Furthermore, he made sure I was completely satisfied by taking care of the cosmetic damage I had issues with. Thanks Donnie! more

It was good! I wasn't originally satisfied with the offer for my trade-in. I was satisfied with the truck, but didn't need to tush the decision, either. When they came back to me with a better offer for my Buick, I was ready to make my decision. I never know if I'm getting a good deal at any dealership, but in this case I think both ""won"". more
