I didn't feel pressured 6/30/2011

I didn't feel pressured and Brian understood that I am a diabetic and I needed something to eat fast and to also have time to talk over with my husband about the decision of buying a brand new car. I appreciated that. more

We are happy that North Park Mazda pretty much gave us the value of our trades. We feel we walked away with great deals (2)and we do not feel like we made a mistake or could have done better. Sometimes that is the case. We would have been sad to walk away. more

My experience with your dealership was excellent 6/15/2011

My experience with your dealership was excellent. The salesman(Ernest) and the finance person (Richard) went above and beyond to get me into a good car. I had a bad experience with another dealership and they made me feel so unimportant. But your staff were friendly and courteous throught the whole process. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your superior customer service more
