Ive been to many dealerships throughout my life with my parents. i always saw how much they hated being practically harassed once they stepped foot onto the dealership premises. now that i have grown up and dont depend on daddy and mommy any more it was time to purchase a car of my won. i was scared of getting ripped off because i was going to be a first time buyer and dont really know much about buying a car, basically i know nothing of cars. thankfully i got an awesome sales person by the name of Michale Gagne, who made me very comfortable with the whole purchasing experience. when i walked in to the dealership i wasnt sure what kind of car i was looking for.. i explained to Michael my needs for a new car and he suggested i looked at the Camrys.as soon as we test drove the car i fell in love with it. he explained everything i needed to know about it. finally i was ready to work numbers with him which was the scariest part because i wanted to get a great deal. we finally worked out a great deal and he took me into finance which i then meet with Victor Cornelio who finished my paper work. he was also very helpful he explained my contract very thoroughly so that i wouldnt have any kinds of doubt of my decision. i was very pleased with everything. over all i had a great experience at North Hollywood Toyota. i would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. -Corey P. more
