When my first child was called back, I was informed at that point that children over the age of 3 were not to bs escorted by their parent. This was extremely upsetting for myself and child. We should have been informed when calling to set-up an appointment, and the office should have a sign or include this information in the paperwork. I was not able to prepare my child for the experience without a parent, and that is unprofessional. I was also displeased that the dentist did not find the brown eroded spot on my child's tooth; this had to be brought to attention. I was overall displeased with our experience. more

Our Great Experience 8/26/2011

I have recently been having a hard time locating an outstanding dentist for my children. But when I was referred to Northforest Dental we have been extremely satisfied. From the Front End staff and their oustanding courtesy and the doctors pleasantness to even the online access and texting for confirmations. We are so pleased we found you and keep up the great work. A family Dentist for you and your whole family / friends 8/5/2011

The staff is wonderful & service is quick. My personal favorite is Lessa she is very helpful and knowledgeable & just down right sweet. Wish her the best with new baby girl due in January. Congrats! more

Good enough for repeat visits 8/3/2011

Hygienists and staff are professional and kind. Dentists are average though they come and go like a revolving door. I've never seen the same one twice in over five years. On my last visit, the waiting room was not very clean. more

Recent Filling 7/7/2011

The visit was almost pleasant. I was escorted in right away. The injection was barely noticeable, and the dentist very pleasant and concerned with my comfort. Keep it up North Forest Dental! more

Very Friendly and Helpful 7/1/2011

They were able to fit me into their busy schedule on short notice. Melissa said she would let me know if something came up. It wasn't just lip service. She went out of her way to get me in. The treatment I received was fantastic as well. It reminded me why I choose North Forest as my dental care provider. more

Great , respectful and timely dental service. The employees from front to rear are excellent. One recommendation is more clarity on the billing statement received at checkout. It confused me on actual charges sent to the insurance comnapy and estimated charges. I would like to know what the insurance company has approved and what my charges are as apposed to estimates. I appreciate office staff: always pleasant & accomodating. The actual experience with the doctors has always been excellent. It might help to explain to patients the various doctors' schedules, so that if a patient prefers to see one doctor, scheduling will ensure that will happen. Before my most recent visit, I had wondered why I had seen 4 different doctors. A friend whom I referred declined services because the person she thought she was seeing had left the practice. LOVE the text message confirmation! more

North Forest Dental is a modern, up to date facility, with an extreemly courteous, helpful staff. They go out of their way to listen to client's problems and help whenever possible. The dental team is clearly, the best I have ever dealt with. I know this from experience. more
