Explained everything 10/8/2010

My sales associate, Oscar, was awesome. He was patient with me and my indecisiveness. He took the time to really help me understand the different bikes and what might best fit me. And finance person Sabrina was wonderful and explained everything and gave all options. Just and overall great experience. more

I was in the market for a 2007 Honda Goldwing and had gone to a local dealership in the Temecula/Murrieta area. I was unpleased to say the least with their salesmen and customer service. Then I located North County House of Motorcycles and spoke with Mike Laub. He assured me of the deal I was after, located the bike and had it there within a few hours. I was in and out in what seemed like no time at all, with my Wing and a completely satisfied feeling received from not only Mike, but from everyone else, including the desk Manager, fianance and Mario is parts who made the special ordering of my custom helmets a breeze! I look forward to the 55 mile one way drive there to have their service department service my Wing, and will return for any and all accessories I need. This place is highly recomended by me to all to experience for themselves! more

excellent deal on the cost 9/16/2010

I have purchased all 3 of my bikes from NCHM, and I have never had a problem with the financing or sales representatives. I also bring all of my bikes in for service to these guys, and they actually give me an excellent deal on the cost. They even gave my buddy, Eddie, a good discount on the initial service for his R1, just for mentioning that I recommended this place to him personally and that I am a loyal customer. They looked up my info, and BAM!!!, $60 off...sick huh?" more

Love this place! 9/3/2010

Love this place! It's been my regular shop since I moved to Southern California back in 2007. Bought two bikes from here so far and really dig their parts staff - they guys really know their stuff and shopping around I get the best deals here, especially on tires. They do pretty good events, just went for a ride with them last weekend. more

I had a very good experience buying a V-Strom at North County House of Motorcycles. Of course there is the little back and forth fight on the price which one has to expect from most typical dealerships, but I walked away with what I would consider a pretty good deal. What really won me over though was the service after the sale. I've come to find out that when you want saddlebags on this bike, it is not enough to order the saddle bags and mounts for them. Apparently the center bag mount is required for the side mounts (even if you don't want a center bag), plus the saddle bags need color inserts to be complete, which are sold separately. So due to an honest mistake, some $340 worth of accessories did not get included in the price of the bike. When I came in later to complain about this, the manager threw in the remaining parts for no charge more

The guy who answered the phone had the hard to find product I was looking for. They were kind enough to set it aside and when I got there the service was impressive. I was greeted at the door and assisted almost immediately. more

Worth checking out 5/14/2009

This shop is pretty good. They had a free BBQ and motocross show that was really cool. It is a huge warehouse stocked but not a lot of female apparel. more

North County House of Motorcycles, located behind the Costco on Hacienda Dr. in Vista is an outstanding place to do business.We purchased a 2007 Polaris Ranger XP700 and they delivered it to our door that same day.We do all of our maintenance through them and are very pleased with them.From purchasing to maintaining - we highly recommend them! more
