dropped off car for service then proceeded to tear my MCL while hiking, so they delivered the car to my home. Very kind thing to do - makes you want to keep patronizing local businesses when they give that special attention to their neighboring Solana Beachers. more

Alignment & Front-end repair 12/3/2011

I had my Acura repaired at North Coast Alignment this week. I am so happy with the way the car is driving now. The customer service at this shop was unbelievable. Shaun was terrific. The car was not drivable when I brought it in. Shaun arranged for a driver to take me home and pick me up when the car was ready. Goodbye Acura Dealer - I will not be coming back with my car. North Coast Alignment is my repair shop of choice from now on. I will be telling everyone I know about this excellent experience. more

I was in and out in less than 15 minutes...and my vehicle passed. I've had my car aligned at NC alignment and service was excellent for that experience as well. I recommend NC ALignment to all my friends and relatives...and anyone else who is looking for an auto repair service! more
