Well Done Exotic Alignment 11/18/2011

The NC Alignment crew pleasantly surprised me. I took my rare care (546 produced, total) in for an alignment, printing out relevant shop-manual pages because I was certain they would not have the info at hand. In reality, their alignment system had full notes and specs for this unusual car and they were able to correct most of the issues. Only the lack of appropriate shims kept them from doing the full job. When I offered to source the shims, they said they'd finish the job when I brought them back in. They're a great resource to enthusiasts like me. more

Very good experience. Shawn explained all the issues and the possible price ranges to fix the car. Once they saw the problems they fixed it quickly and accommodated my schedule. The price was fair and they gave me a ride back home! Nice, honest people. more

Routine service and correction of driver errors 10/31/2011

Taking my vehicle in for 110,000 mile service and smog check was easy but admitting that I had driven with the parking brake on for the second time was a little more difficult. Your kindness and total expertise in finding and repairing a broken brake line was possibly life saving.Thank you for being the best. more

Alignment and Honda Civic Camber Kit 9/22/2011

The waiting time until my car actually began was well over an hour even though I had an appointment and arrived on time for it. Total time waiting for my vehiclr exceeded two hours. You could have called me to tell me you were running late. Otherwise you did what you promised. You aligned all four wheels. I was a bit surprised by the $104 Labor charge to intall the $24 Camber Kit which probably took no more than 15 minutes. more
