These people should not be in business! They don't know what they are doing. All they know how to do is charge. Charge to come out, and do nothing. I am fed up with leaks and broken pumps in my septic system. They provided no help! more

Poor Quality Work 3/27/2011

Had North Coast out here to work on septic issues in February, which cost abt $150. We had to call them back out again in March which costs another $560! We find water gushing out of the septic area section in the back yard, with the house septic alarm sounding again. Of course, they have no after hours/weekend contact numbers.\r Obvioulsey the technician does not know how to fix areation septic pumps. \r As a consumer paying for 2 visits within a month - their service is NOT recommended! Find someone else! more

Reliable service 7/29/2009

especially appreciated the way the employee who came to my home (BRAD) was able to explain the problem and answer my questions so clearly and knowledgeably. He was very courteous and efficient. This was a very expensive service call, but I did not feel unduly pressured and I was O.K. with the information provided and was satisfied that the work was absolutely necessary. All general, it was a good experience. Pros: fast and reliable service more
