I have lived at North Campus since they opened and I have loved every year.\r \r I wish I could continue living at NCC, but I am graduating and have to move.\r \r I love all the staff members and they have always been helpful whenever I needed anything.\r \r Also, if there was every any maintenance issues they were quick to come and fix whatever happened to be wrong.\r \r I have always felt safe while at NCC and Security has always been helpful. more

This year has been my first year of living at NCC and I love it.\r \r I started out living in a four bedroom and I really like the set-up of the apartments.\r \r I now live in a three bedroom, which I really like as well, although there is less space.\r \r My favorite part is the courtyards with grills and picnic tables.\r \r It's a nice place to chill during the summertime.\r \r Earlier this year, I had major roommate problems and the property manager (Sarah) and the leasing manager (Whitney) were beyond awesome in working with me to move me into another apartment.\r \r They truly went out of their way to ensure my and my roommate's safety.\r \r The security is pretty good.\r \r They respond quickly to any problems that you may have.\r \r I think that it's good that they keep a cell phone on them at night to call.\r \r The maintanence is pretty good as well.\r \r It seems as if everyone at North Campus has problems with AC and heat.\r \r Sometimes they have to order parts, which seems to take FOREVER when it's hot outside.\r \r They do give you a window unit which is better than nothing though.\r \r The noise isn't too bad.\r \r Some buildings are worse than others.\r \r If you ever have a problem with bad noise after hours, security always addresses it if you call them.\r \r I personally really enjoy the amenities that come along with NCC.\r \r The tanning beds are really nice and they change the bulbs often.\r \r I love the pools, especially the pirate ship pool.\r \r I wish they stayed open later than 8 pm though.\r \r The gym has alot of equipment, but I find that the treadmills seem to be broken for long periods of time.\r \r I don't personally use the basketball gym but it is very nice too.\r \r The bus stop is centrally located so it's pretty easy to get to from anywhere on the property.\r \r I can't speak for everyone, but my experience at North Campus has been exceptional and I've had no problems with management that hasn't been resolved quickly.\r \r I look forward to another year at NCC! more

I have lived here for 6 months now and I am happy so far.\r \r Yes the fixtures and what not are cheap, but this is the same for any college apartment anywhere.\r \r Our doorknob broke once and we got locked into our apartment, but maintenance showed up within 5 minutes of our phonecall to free us and replace the doorknob.\r \r the furniture is very attractive.\r \r I have never had a problem with the internet or cable.\r \r they allow pets.\r \r parking is never a problem and they really dont tow at all despite the sign.\r \r my fiancee parked here 2 nights a week for a couple months and never got towed.\r \r the security is pretty nice, even when you are drunk.\r \r although there was some cracking down on some serious parties, nothing that bothered with my living.\r \r there is noise as in all apartments, but compared to friends who live in different apartments, the noice really isnt bad at all.\r \r the rooms and closets are wonderful.\r \r spacious! there are 3 buses that run here though you may end up standing up on the bus anyways during peak class hours.\r \r there was no security deposit.\r \r the management is really nice.\r \r my rent went through late because i used paypal and they told me they wouldnt fine me this time but to be sure to send it sooner with paypal.\r \r I was thankful for that.\r \r Oh, and my roommate had a dog without telling them and when they caught her she ended up giving the dog away so they didnt even make her pay the fee.\r \r the pools are very nice and i enjoy laying out at them.\r \r If you are much of a gym-goer you may not be happy wth this one.\r \r most the treadmills dont work.\r \r but i dont ever go.\r \r the maintenance is really nice everytime we deal with them.\r \r the fire alarm does go off easy if you get the oven to over 475 degrees...weird right.\r \r oh and they always have special offers like getting paid to sign a lease.\r \r when I signed i got $350 in giftcards.\r \r more

I have lived at NCC for several months and I will have to say, when I first moved here I was a very excited! This place has everything you could possibly ask for and it is only one bill! Not only do you have a gym onsite (yes, I know the ceiling collapsed the previous summer but thats all fixed now and no one was hurt!) but theres also 5 full service tanning beds, two pools one which is heated (the only heated pool in Greenvile), 2 hot tubs, a 24 hour comptuer lab, a theatre room and a conference room for those of you who need to hold meetings every once in awhile.\r \r They also are a gated community after 10pm to ensure our residents safety! All the apartments come fully furnished with comfortable couches and chairs, including washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, oven and refrigrator! Utilities are included and also cable and interent.\r \r \r I read the previous reviews on here and before hand yes the management was slacking but now they have a new management staff who is all about oraganization, change, and having fun! I noticed someone said they was lame parties, yea maybe with the old management but lets talk about the HUGE party Wellington Advisors threw in October! The organized a huge pig pickin' the day before the NC State Game.\r \r At this Pig Pickin' they had a live band Trainwreck, a dunking booth and a Bon Fire where we roasted NC States mascot! During all this fun they also had several booths set up for good samaritan stations where residents and friends could Adopt-a- solider, register to vote, and become an organ donor! This new management is very attentive and defintely has raised the bar.\r \r \r Also If you really think about it for everything you are receiveing it calculates out to about the same if not less than dorm life! After including housing and meal plans...\r \r its about the same.So heres my question to you...\r \r Stay in a dorm, where I have heard nothing but bad things about as far as cleanliness or stay at NCC with resot style living for the same price'!\r One of the complaints I read was its out in the middle of nowhere...not necessarily. It may be a little farther from campus then the others but they do offer the ECU bus that runs through every 10 minutes starting from 730am until 630pm! So right there your not only saving gas money, but your also do not have to pay for a parking permit for ECU, which I hear are expensive! Your not that far away from the ""fun"" but you far enough to not get distracted and be able to concentrate on your studies!\r All in all NCC is a great place to live. more

I've lived here for about seven months. I had problems with the front office and the staff in the Clubhouse (the didn't do anything and I really don't think they liked being around college students); however, that has changed dramatically! An entire new staff and management is here now, as of the first of October. There are professional, honest and fun to be around. Hats off to the new management. You can tell they have fun at their job and they love it! The new team treats us with repect and they enjoy being around us college kids! The grounds always looks great. I appreciated the gated community and the extent that they go to ensure our safety in the evening. There's a lot to do here. By the way, I read the other posting and there is eight treadmills; I go over there every night and its packed. I love the theater room. A bunch of us use it on Thursday eve for Grey's Anatomy. The apartments are great. Fully furnished. If you need something done, just let the front office know and its done the same day. Its been great living here and with the new management not only do I recommend North Campus Crossing; I will be going in the leasing office to renew for next year. more

I am going on my 2nd year living at North Campus Crossing and I will admit that there was some things I didnt approve of with the old management company.\r \r Since this new management came I feel like things have turned around for the better.\r \r They do their best to keep their residents entertained throughout the year like parties and great specials (like PS3 and Coach gift cards).\r \r Yea everything is not great all the time but the people that want to get up here and bash the staff have to realize that North Campus is a huge complex and there is bound to be a few mistakes here and there ( the staff is only human!) I have never had a problem with them at all- they do their best to please anyone they can without loosing professionalism and hurting the business.\r \r You won't have a problem with any of them- if you allow them to do their job without throwing a tantrum-then you will get the respect your deserve.\r \r Whatever happened to treat others how you wan t to be treated''''\r \r All in all North Campus is a great place to live with quality amenties (I love the luxurious style pools) and is one of the safest places in Greenville to be- especially with the new security.\r more

North Campus Crossing was my home for the past three years, and I miss it so much.\r \r I moved in when it opened, and I didn't move out till I graduated.\r \r The new management is friendly and helpful, and the staff is great.\r \r The apartments have great furniture, and the maintanence staff keeps the grounds spotless! If I could do college all over again, I would stay at NCC again even with some of the newer communities up and coming.\r \r There is no way you will find a better community or a nicer staff anywhere else.\r \r Also, the community has regular parties and gatherings for the residents and the surrounding area, so it is a great way to get to meet lots of new people and friends! Sometimes it's hard to meet new people when you first come to college, but at North Campus you feel like part of a big family! The amenities are great as well! It has awesome pools, tanning beds, a nice rec center, and you can have pets too! Just thinking about it makes me wish I was in college again and lounging by the pool at NCC. more

North Campus is the safest student housing complex in Greenville. If you don't believe me check the crime reports from Greenville Police Department! They have new security that will help you out anytime you need it with noise or otherwise. The office staff goes above and beyond in helping make things easier for all tenants. The property manager herself hand delivered to me my renewal lease so I did not have to go up to the office since I have 18 hours this semester.\r \r As long as you do what youare supposed to do...pay rent....not act like an animal...etc they rock! The amenities here are ridiculous. No one can beat the Pirate Ship pool or the waterfall overflows in the other TWO pools. The maintenace staff is professional and always completes work orders in a timely fashion. I have zero complaints! I would recommend this site to any parent or student.\r more

I have lived at North Campus Crossing since it opened.\r \r Having lived in various places, I will be first to tell you that no apartment complex is perfect.\r \r The staff has gone above and beyond to make me happy (even when I was being a little whiny!).\r \r Also, out of the six complexes I've lived in around the same area, the maintenance staff here was the fastest and most helpful.\r \r In my two years here, I had ONE maintenance request take over a day.\r \r All the rest were taken care of on the same day.\r \r No other complex can compare with their amenities.\r \r Having 3 swimming pools to choose from is an obvious plus. more

I have lived here almost a year now and have had a great time.\r \r There is always something going on to keep you busy.\r \r North Campus is gated and the gates close each night and you use this card to get in.\r \r They have waterfalls at one of the pools and a spa that I use all the time.\r \r I think it is an all around good place to live. more

I have lived here since they opened. I have been extremely pleased with everything. They have really gone above and beyond to provide us with resort style amedities. The office staff is very friendly and will assist you in a heart beat. They also plan lots of activities and fitness classes for whoever is interested in something like that. It really is a great place to live and the rent is cheap for what all you get! more

The office staff is AWESOME...they are extremely helpful and nice. Also, the security guards are great...The black security guard with the glasses is awesome as well. He is super friendly and works very hard to make the place a good place to live. more

I have lived at NCC for the past year and loved it! The only reason I am leaving is because I am moving to another state, but I sincerely wish that I could renew my lease here. more
