The Best In Colorado Springs.... 12/1/2012

Daycare here is great!!! 12/1/2012

My dog adores daycare at Northwest! I appreciate the convenience of keeping up to date with vaccinations while optimizing the time at daycare. Since I didn’t encounter the veterinarian at our last visit I cannot comment on the actual inoculation, but the front desk staff and daycare technicians are absolutely wonderful and helpful. I can’t praise them enough! more

We had quite a mystery with Mitzi’s health. Dr. Kocher was very patient and innovative with us, and the assistants and reception area are wonderful. It has been a long haul but we are on the right track! Thank you all! more

first time puppy parents 12/1/2012

Thank you all (especially Dr. Jess and nurse Jessica) for being so great with us and Sensi! (our very first, very young Yorkie puppy)! The payment plan you provided for the puppy plan was literally a life saver! I couldn’t have been more blessed than to find you guys! It all started because I called several places with our first emergency and at every place they were rude, abrupt and basically scared me to death. Your nurse answered, calmed, and assured me! She got us an appointment for the next day and put my heart at ease J God bless you all for the patience and love that you show to the animals AND their owners!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!! more

Love this groomer!! 11/2/2012

The groomer who cared for my cat, Oliver, is usually wonderful and this appointment was no different. Oliver hates to be groomed or even brushed and she does an excellent job with him. Thank you! more

Great animal hospital and boarding facility! 11/2/2012

Dr. Sudduth and his staff took very good care of Angel, our kitty, and our two German Shepherds for 17 days during the Waldo Canyon Fire. Angel was very comfortable with Dr. Sudduth and his office environment. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to return home, but the staff at Northwest were happy to continue to care for our loved ones while we found a rental. Thank you to everyone at Northwest for their love and care of our pets during the evacuation and to Dr. Sudduth for being such a wonderful veterinarian. more

So accomodating and helpful! 10/8/2012

My husband needed surgery on very short notice and I called your facility to see if you could possibly care for our dog on the day of the surgery. We live in Woodland Park and could not go back home for over a week due to eye surgery. It was a relief to me to have you folks respond in such a kind way and say you could help. It saved me from having to go all the way back up to Woodland Park to get the dog when I needed to be attending to my husband at the motel. Thank for your help! more

Our cat Sara has been a patient for a number of years. We board Sara there when we are out of town. We have no worries when she is there. The staff at Northwest Animal Hospital takes very good care of her. No problems. No complaints. Your team is awesome! more

Great boarding facility! 7/30/2012

Can't say enough great things about boarding here...our dog Lily was boarded there when the evacuations occurred during the Waldo Canyon Fire...we were in Ireland and completely put at ease by the communication (and pictures) sent to us on Facebook. They made our trip enjoyable at the worst of times in CO. Thanks! more

Excellent and Loving Care; Mary and Jim Hines 7/28/2012

I love your staff, Stephanie and Sandy always greet my dogs and are very caring! Carrie has been an ongoing support and loving groomer always greeting my dogs with a smile and sweet words of comfort. Carrie is by far the best groomer I have experienced and all of my cockers have had excellent care and grooming (believe me I have experienced some poor grooming in my years). Dr. Sudduth has also been a caring, excellent vet . He was there in the loss of three of my cocker spaniels: Sugar, Max and Rufus.supporting us through the whole decision making process and called to keep us updated. Thank goodness you have been there for us!, We are so gratefulb more

Great CO Springs Vet and Groomer! 7/28/2012

We did not see the doctor, but the groomer recently. She is very good with my cat, Greta; she always comes home clean and mat-free as she is long haired and needs special attention a few times a year. They get her in and out promptly and I don't worry about her being there. The grooming services are definitely fairly priced and affordable. We also see the vets at Northwest Animal hospital. I trust the docs, assistants and groomers there. They've always done a fine job. more
