Be aware (especially if you are from out of town), the flower arrangement you requested, probably won't be the one actually delivered. Norfolk florist ""automatically"" reserves the right to substitute the beautiful arrangement you selected for a ""different"" one i.e., most likely a less expensive one. I guarantee that if they unlocked the auto substitute box, they would get fewer overall orders. Either they give you what they were advertising, or refund your credit card and cancel the order.
