I visited the Noodle Express in Spokane Valley on Thursday, September 26 in the afternoon. A young man in behind the cooking range upset my company by gloating at us. This is not normally enough to bother a person, but this time it occurred when we were under stress from life situations. The crew at this restaurant seems to share a culture that demeans customers for entertainment. The management at the location has put together a crew that doesn't not have balance, but rather shares and enjoys sharing a narrow minded perspective of customers, which the employees do not bother to keep behind the scenes. To someone who cares about the social atmosphere of a place, this is a severe failing, enough that it would be foolish for a customer to knowingly enter the store again.
