Best Hair Extensions Bar None! 9/21/2006

I love my new hair. After years of having stringy hair Noelle & Roger fixed me up! This knowledgeable staff gave me a great color and Noelle matched my extensions perfectly. Noelle went through everything step by step to make sure I understood what would look best for me and match my own hair and not look ""fake"" or ""dated!"" I enjoyed the info on her website as well. I would recommend this salon to anyone who wants experience and not to be robbed. I love Noelle Salon and her staff! Pros: Excellent Consultation for Hair Extensions more

I was horrified at the trashiness of this salon. Here they are trying to act classy by talking about how expensive their flip flops are and yet the some of the stylists look like I don't even know what! more

Horrific Environment - Horrible Service 4/9/2006

I am absolutely appalled by the service I received at this salon. Not only did Noelle completely disregard my requests / instructions but she didn't respond to any of my concerns or questions. She acted irritated when I expressed my concerns. Her staff were horrible - wearing clothes that were inappropriate and too revealing not to mention their lack of tact or class. I constantly heard vulgar language and off color disgusting sexaul references and crude talk. Maybe these things aren't concerning to others but if I'm going to drop $750 on something I want to walk out of that place feeling respected and proud of how I look. I'm totally disgusted by her and her staff. Pros: Nothing Cons: everything more
