I am absolutely appalled by the service I received at this salon. Not only did Noelle completely disregard my requests / instructions but she didn't respond to any of my concerns or questions. She acted irritated when I expressed my concerns. Her staff were horrible - wearing clothes that were inappropriate and too revealing not to mention their lack of tact or class. I constantly heard vulgar language and off color disgusting sexaul references and crude talk. Maybe these things aren't concerning to others but if I'm going to drop $750 on something I want to walk out of that place feeling respected and proud of how I look. I'm totally disgusted by her and her staff.
