We went to Noble Court, but it wasn't for the Dim Sum - we just decided to have dinner there one weekend night. Boy did we regret it. A friend of mine ordered a chicken dish that _sounded_ tasty, but ended up with an unappetizing WHOLE chicken on his plate, cold, bare of any sauce or seasoning. Needless to say, he didn't eat much, nor did he request a doggie bag. The rest of us ordered safe bets like General Tso's chicken, which were only mediocre. Try any place in town for better food than this place. We might try it for dim sum, which gets more customers and would probably be a safe bet if it's getting such good reviews.
Pros: prompt service
Cons: menu descriptions, vague pricing, "shady" atmosphere
