Nob Hill Apartments

Think twice. I was really excited to move in as Rick, the on-site manager, was very responsive, but once I was a resident this changed dramatically and I have to send the same email multiple times to get a response! Good transition all housing but definitely not a home. Perfect for people who travel or work a lot and are never ""home."" Laundry facilities extremely outdated - coin op...seriously?? Also, NOISY. Garbage trucks come at 4:45am and they slam the dumpsters...with windows shut it wakes you up.\r I wouldn't recommend living here more than 6 months. Unfortunately getting out of lease early is 1.5 months rent so I'm stuck for a few more months. Hot water heater in the closet eats up quite a bit of storage, and drives up the electric bill. Not sure I'd live here again if I had to choose. I definitely won't renew my lease. Overpriced for lack of space and amenities. more

this property has a fantastic location only one block from nw 23rd, but is set on a large lot with wonderful gardens and several sitting areas with fountains running at all times. surrounded by older homes and being on a dead end steet, it is in the ideal location for quiet and convenience. visit their web site. i highly recommend living here if you want the best apartments anywhere and great cusomer service from a full time manger.\r \r daye Pros: location, quiet, well kept and clean more
