Think twice. I was really excited to move in as Rick, the on-site manager, was very responsive, but once I was a resident this changed dramatically and I have to send the same email multiple times to get a response! Good transition all housing but definitely not a home. Perfect for people who travel or work a lot and are never ""home."" Laundry facilities extremely outdated - coin op...seriously?? Also, NOISY. Garbage trucks come at 4:45am and they slam the dumpsters...with windows shut it wakes you up.\r
I wouldn't recommend living here more than 6 months. Unfortunately getting out of lease early is 1.5 months rent so I'm stuck for a few more months. Hot water heater in the closet eats up quite a bit of storage, and drives up the electric bill. Not sure I'd live here again if I had to choose. I definitely won't renew my lease. Overpriced for lack of space and amenities.
