We move from Ct. to Fl., I must tell you that the horror stories that we have heard about interstate moving, had me a little bit tense, however I have to confess that the move of our belongings from one state to the other, could have not been any smoother than it was.\r \r The loading crew was fantastic, the unloading crew was very hard working and very accommodating. Our move was definitely a stressful one with my wife beginning a new job very quickly and moving to Conshohocken, PA while I was in Stamford, CT left with the responsibilities of packing/cleaning our partment. From the minute we spoke on the phone I felt I was in good hands. You seemed to know the moving process inside out, were very straight forward about the prices and what was included in the estimate and just seemed down-to-earth. I had called countless moving companies before finding Noah's Ark and was on the phone for hours or felt that there were a lot of hidden fees, you cut right to the chase. I really wish you were the first call I had made and will definitely recommend Noah's Ark to any of my friends, family or co-workers looking to move. Although you were wonderful to deal with the four movers who arrived on time Monday, June 27th were exceptional. Dennis, Junior, Bennie and Ricardo, were very professional yet personable. I felt completely confident with them and my most valued belongings. They were very efficient and we were impressed by how well they worked together as a team. By the end of the move we felt like they had become our friends. It was truly a wonderful experience. Yesterday as I began unpacking the items we had them pack, I was even more impressed by how well everything was packed. They truly take care in what they do and it shows in their work. Do not use these movers. They will cheat you. I tried to hire them for a local CT move and 2 days before the move, they told me I had to pay for a lot of extras. To me, it was clearly a bait and switch situation and they played good cop/bad cop between the sales rep and the manager. After an argument over the phone and the manager yelling at me, I just couldn't trust these people with my furniture. I would recommend you use a firm that gives you a flat rate without any hidden costs. I agree with the other reviewer: Totally dishonest and unprofessional. more

I had a very bad experience with my recent move. \r They were not on time to pickup; scheduled time was 10 AM these guys came at 3 PM to pickup my items. The furniture was not properly packed. \r Delivery was worst than pickup, the guys who were delivering left all my stuff in the living room didn't unpack or assemble my furniture. Terrible experience. more

I'll keep this simple. \r They were 4 hours late, over charged by $300 and didn't even do anything about trying to resolve that over charging issue. Totally dishonest and unprofessional. more
