Elmer is very accomodating and the whole team is professional and friendly. Very affordable oil change and you get a FREE tire rotation. What could be better?

Overpriced 12/12/2013

$80 to do a "4 wheel alignment" Used to be $60 which was still a bit high for my car. Adjustment is only the toe front and rear. Takes more time to pull the car on and off. more

Elmer and his crew have really shown the highest customer service and ethics. They are so friendly, honest and really go out of their way to do a GREAT job for their clients. I have taken many of my autos to them and have always received first class service. My kudos and highest regards to this fine shop. Plus they love cars! more

oil change 11/6/2013

i waited 1.5 hrs for a walk in oil change because it was a better price than the the guys that doonly oil changes down the street. I was told after the task was completed that the tech dropped the radiator cap down into the engine comparment and a shroud had to be removed to retrieve it. My question is why did he remove the cap to check fluid level when all is needed is to check the plastic fill resevour. This is a new car that has 100k anti freeze. still scatching my head over that. more

Great customer service 11/6/2013

I took my van for an oil change service. I liked the customer service. I did not drive the van for a week after the service. When I needed to drive it, I noticed it was leaking oil from the oil pan bolt head. I taut it and the leak stopped. I was very disappointed because righting the oil pan bolt head is a very important step in an oil change service. more
