I recently asked Nittaya to perform some wedding gown alterations. ( I bought my actual gown from an upscale boutique while vacationing in Charleston and couldn't afford to return just for alterations.)\r \r Her business is run so poorly. Her employees wll complain to you in regards to how irresponsible and inefficient she is, and you will soon discover why on your own!\r \r I had several fittings and each time, the dress wasn't ready - I always had to come back. She lost a jeweled brooch that was on my dress - just lost it and when confronted, acted as if I was making it up! My mom and I were shocked to see such poor customer service.\r \r I thought maybe my experience was unique, but on one occasion, there was a girl in the store trying to pick up a bridesmaid gown for a wedding she was in that weekend. Nittaya hadn't touched it - zero alterations! She asked her to come back another time and the girl replied that she had left work early and the wedding was in a few days. \r \r This lady will charm you with her words - it will be great, this will be perfect, etc. and then do absolutely nothing on time, inconvenience you and leave you paying for poor service. \r \r more

Nittaya is a very talended seamstress. She made substantial alterations to my wedding dress, adding new material on the sides. Not only did she make it a natural transition from the original material to the new, the fit was perfect at the first fitting! I highly recommend Nittayas Designs Inc. For the service and product I received, and for the warmth and professionalism of her team, I think the price was very reasonable. more
