I had tried on gowns at several places before arriving at Nitsa's. A lot of my friends had told me to go there, and while it was somewhat of a long distance for me to go, it was SO worth it. Chris, who helped me, was SO nice and made me feel beautiful. She was such an expert and helped me eliminate the ones I didn't like, only to get down to "the one". I adore my dress and can't wait to go back for my first fitting!! I would recommend Nitsa's for any bride to be!! Pros: Service, Selection Cons: None more

I'm sure that some people would find this store okay, but I thought the dresses were really dated and they didn't have much of a selection. My grandmother recommended that I go there since it was upscale but I didn't care for it. Pros: Close to home Cons: selection more

Nitsa's has a lot to offer women of all ages and sizes. They carry all kinds of boutique brand women's clothing, in sizes from 0 - 18. They also have a full service wedding gown studio upstairs. I tried on so many beautiful wedding gowns there that it was hard to pick just one. The help was kind, honest ("this is just not the one, honey."), and always available. more

I have to say, I was a little nervous about going shopping for my bridal gown. I didn't really have any clear ideas of what I wanted, and since my Mom lives very far away, I was doing this by myself. Pros: amazing staff, beautiful gowns Cons: nothing more

I walked into Nitsa's with one of my bridesmaids to assist me and we were very excited to see their collection. First, I was greeted by the sales lady ?Chris? and her assistant. The sales lady quickly ran through the reasons why Nitsa?s is one of the ?top bridal shops in the country? and that she would put any dresses I liked in the dressing room. (Also should mention that their collection was incredibly small. One back wall and a stand-alone. <50 dresses; most very antiquish) So I picked out a couple of dresses and when I went into the dressing room to try one on, the assistant came in the dressing room with me to try and help me out of my clothes. When I told her thank you, but I am quite comfortable putting on wedding dresses and do not need assistance changing my clothes, she said that she ?had to help me?. I closed the door to the dressing room with her outside. A minute later, the other lady Chris came and opened the door while I was changing and said ?No offense, but we take care of our dresses here and we have to help you change.? My bridesmaid was floored. (I have been to bridal stores all over the place and tried on dresses that were 3 times the amount in this store and to have a lady tell me that I am not allowed to dress myself is NOT a luxury. You can zip me up when I come out, but for goodness sakes, those dresses on the hangers are meant to be tried on and can be cleaned!) Against my better judgment, I stepped into a dress. No sooner had I gotten it on, the lady (Chris) said, ?Okay do you have a feeling about this one? Are you ready to try on the other dress?? I hadn?t even seen the dress in the mirror yet! She reluctantly came outside the dressing room so I could see myself in the mirror. Unbelievable. Maybe they were trying to close the store a couple of hours early? Who knows! We will certainly NOT be spending our money with them for the big day. Pros: They have been around a while Cons: Customer service is terrible! more

I had an amazing experience with Nitsa?s bridal salon, and I would highly recommend it to any bride looking for the perfect dress, great alterations, and top notch customer service. They have a beautiful selection of designer gowns?the best in the area?and a staff that puts time and care into helping you find the perfect dress. In fact, I only tried on my dress because the Nitsa?s staff thought the style would look great on my body type. And the service didn?t end there?the alterations for my dress were done beautifully, and they coordinated the little, but very important details regarding my dress (when it would be pressed, when it would be picked up for my bridal portrait and my wedding day, etc.). I also got my bridesmaids dresses from Nitsa?s, and they went out of their way to accommodate my bridesmaids, even the one who was living overseas. They also did the alterations for the dresses and made sure everyone?s dress fit just right. It was such a relief to work with people who were organized and trustworthy. If you want a beautiful dress, great service, and one less thing to worry about during stressful wedding planning, Nitsa?s is the place for you. Pros: Service, dress selection, alterations more

Love the clothes and the helpful staff. They have a wide range of designers and sizes. I am a size 16 and have no trouble picking out a few pieces. They carry fabulous brands including some lesser known labels. I love the ladies who work there. They go out of their way to help me. more
