I was having a very hardtime getting approval for a new or used car. When i had submitted an application for a car loan, Leeann called me back within an hour and told me that I had approval, while i was weary due to previous attempts at other dealers, she was very confident and so very helpful. Brandon Little was our salesman and like Leeann was very good, pleasant to deal with. I left in a new 2012 altima with reasonable payments and great intrest! My husband and I were in the Market for a car and decided to go to Saratoga Nissan. With no intention to buy a car to our surprise we left in our New Murano 2 hours later! the showroom was packed with dozens of customers and the salesman Issiac was great! Was greeted by salesperson TJ. He helped me select the right car, a 2012 Maxima. Although they did not have it on the lot they got me one within a couple of days. Mark handled the paperwork fast and effeciently. Very friendly dealership personal. I got a great price on my new car and a fair price on my trade (2010 Versa). Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a new car to ask for TJ as he was very friendly and actually seemed to care about my purchase. more

Having seen some pretty good rebates on Nissan Titan Trucks, I was interested in exploring trading in my 2007 Titan for a new 2011. I had already predetermined the model, color and features desired in a new Titan and made an arrangement to discuss what could be arranged with Dave Hungerford. I had already obtained pricing from a previous dealer. Dave was energetic, friendly, knowledgable and prepared. While I drove a new Titan for 20 minutes, Dave arranged for my 2007 Titan to be appraised. We sat down, built the desired truck on-line, Dave located it and an agreed upon price was achieved after a brief discussion and negotiation. Pricing was quite attractive and consistent with my hopes prior to undertaking the search. Trade in on my truck was particularly good. The new truck was obtained in several days and my visit back to pick it up was perfect. The new truck was prepared, clean and all needed paperwork ready. Dave did an excellent job of explaining any new features and there were no surprises in any manner. Overall, an excellent experience and I would recommend Dave Hungerford highly. more

I love My Altima! Talk about good service. I visited Saratoga Nissan with my daughter to test drive an Altima and was greeted by Jim Calander. He was one of the nicest salesmen I have ever dealt with. I never got a presentation like this on car before. He knew everything about it and I was 100% comfortable with my purchase. I had the best experience in my life of buying a vehicle. I was not certain I would get a vehicle, but when I walked in the showroom the car I wanted was sitting on the floor. I kept trying to be optimistic. Brandon was so professional and caring, listened to me, walked me through every step of the way. I was given two options of the vehicle I was thinking about the entire time, then given a third option and then finally was encourage to tell him I wanted the vehicle on the showroom floor. I waited patiently to see if I would get approved, and when they drove the vehicle out the showroom I thought they're not giving someone else the car I want. No they were getting it ready for me to take home. I still did not know this. I then was told my driver could go home and then I was still wondering if the car was mine. When all the paperwork was done, it finally sunk in it was mine. I was given a total tour of the dealership and my vehicle. I was so happy I could not think. I ran around my vehicle and gave Brandon a hug. It was the best experience I had in a long time. I would recommended this dealership. In fact I have 4 potential customers in the making for them. I thank them from the bottom of my heart, Brandon, Jessica, Katie and Scott and all the other staff who helped to get me finally in a reliable vehicle. My friends and neighbors love my car and so do I. Hooray more

My husband and I have been looking to replace my car for months due to giving our son his first car. I hate pushy sales people that dont want to budge on the sticker price which results in moving on to the next dealer! My husband and I were going to buy new furnature and passed Saratoga Nissan, we looked at each other and said ""huh never looked at a Nissan before"" and went back. We will never regret that decision!!! I want to say that I have never had a more enjoyable expierance buying a new car!! Doreen was very down to earth and made us feel very much at home and worthy of the car we were looking at! She was not pushy or misleading in any way. Initally, it was a little shaky. Had some trouble with the paperwork and financing. I believe that if my initial sales person sat down with me and learned a little more about me, we would have avoided some arguements. After speaking to the owner, and doing a bit more paperwork and leg work on my part... I got the vehicle. It's awesome. John, I think his name is... is really cute. Overall, my experience at Nissan of Saratoga was a positive experience. You don't get to get a 'new' used awesome Hamster Box everyday... Love my Scion. more

I have purchased/leased 3 vehicles from Saratoga Nissan over the last three years. Doreen has been my salesperson on each ocassion. She is simply the best when it comes to cusomer service. She genuinely wants you to be happy with your purchase so she is purposely low key and does not pressure you to make a decision that you won't be happy with in the long term. I knew what I wanted so I was in and out of the dealership in no time at all and Doreen made sure the finance folks had everything they needed to get me in and out. I have also been using the service at the dealership for the same length of time and it has been stellar. No problems ever in over three years!
