Alen Yadegar at the Duarte Performance Nissan dealership was just excellent! From the minute I sat down to begin my paper work for service he was pleasant and professional. Alen was calm and got the job done for me by keeping me informed and even providing shuttle service when it became apparent that my wait time was gong to be delayed. I can`t think of anything that could have been done to improve the service, it was wonderful! more

Outstanding as always 8/30/2012

The service I received was outstanding as always. Marcos was super friendly and helpful. Marcos explained what needed to be completed on my vehicle and made sure I understood the importance of coming back to complete the other maintenance issues that I need to have on my car. I will definitely bring my car back here for service. more

Exceptional service 3/16/2012

The problem with my car was fixed the first time. The service was exceptional. Mr. Kuo is a very professional and detailed person. I was losing trust in Nissan... but Mr. Kuo has changed my mind. I was very pleased with the special attention and very satisfied with the service. I will definitely continue to service my car here at Performance Nissan. more
