Can't speak to the dollar value of the service, as my appointment was complimentary due to a factory error, but the experience was nice. The advisor and receptionist were friendly...

Worst

I have to wait for 10 days in order for them to fix my engine light indicator due to misfiring and my assigned service advisor is unprofessional.

Service Par Excellence. . . Why Go Anywhere Else?? 10/16/2014

What I liked about my recent experience was the excellent service I received all around from the moment I interacted with my service technician, George Pineda, to the actual performance of what were needed to be replaced, maintained, and/or inspected in my 2001 Hyundai Elantra GT car. The service center is spacious and ideally situated with lots of parking, fresh air, well maintained and clean, and staffed with competent and friendly professionals. I've been a customer since opening day, and am mighty pleased with the reliability of the products they sell and/or install, and service/labor rendered. Keep up the good work, Hyundai Serramonte. more

My experience with the sales department in purchasing my 2014 Equus Ultimate was exceptional. The sales staff was friendly, courteous and informative. As a Infiniti owner since 1990, I was reluctant to give up the great service I received from the Infiniti dealership. I was relieved when I experienced that same service when I had my first service at Serramonte Hyundai. more
