Staten Island Nissan can share the first place with Bay Ridge Nissan - ""who screws more people over"" dealership of the year. I know for a fact that some of the sales people aro going switching from Bay Ridge Nissan to staten island or the other way around. Staten Island Nissan had a ""manager"" Paul who I had a displeasure of dealing with few years ago, would not give me back my $500 deposit less than 24 hrs after I decided not to lease a car from them and would not sign anything. he was claiming that sales man work had to be rewarde somehow even though I did not sign any contracts or binders to purchase the car. took me about 2 hrs to get my money back after I promissed to contact creadit comanpany and consumer protection organizations. I dont think much changed since, and one more thing that a..-whole manager was working at Bay Ridge Nissan last year. So I guess he brought a lot of EXPERIENCE to the new place that is well known to be ""NOT CONUMER FRIENDLY"" to say the least
