Staten Island Nissan can share the first place with Bay Ridge Nissan - ""who screws more people over"" dealership of the year. I know for a fact that some of the sales people aro going switching from Bay Ridge Nissan to staten island or the other way around. Staten Island Nissan had a ""manager"" Paul who I had a displeasure of dealing with few years ago, would not give me back my $500 deposit less than 24 hrs after I decided not to lease a car from them and would not sign anything. he was claiming that sales man work had to be rewarde somehow even though I did not sign any contracts or binders to purchase the car. took me about 2 hrs to get my money back after I promissed to contact creadit comanpany and consumer protection organizations. I dont think much changed since, and one more thing that a..-whole manager was working at Bay Ridge Nissan last year. So I guess he brought a lot of EXPERIENCE to the new place that is well known to be ""NOT CONUMER FRIENDLY"" to say the least Pros: N/A Cons: playing games more

** SI Nissan Service Dept ** - Waste of Money 2/28/2010

First they mis-diagnose car to the tune of over $1000. Then after bringing back 3 times still can't fix problem. \r They also GOT A TICKET on my car while in their possession. \r FORGET THIS PLACE for service on your care. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! 4/24/2009

I posted a glowing review about Staten Island Nissan 11 months ago when I purchased my Maxima. Now I am experiencing very serious problems with my ABS. When I brought the car to the service department at SI NIssan I have had nothing but problems. You have to wait weeks to get an appointment. Then when I finally got my car in it took them three days to call me back with a diagnosis. They advised it was going to cost me well over $2000 to fix my car and that it was not covered by my warranty. I have gotten nothing but the run around from Staten Island Nissan and Nissan Consumer Affairs and I think this dealership is a bunch of money-hungry, disorganized crooks!\r \r If you still purchase a vehicle here after you read all the negative reviews about this dealership than you deserve what you get. Pros: Nothing Cons: Worst experience EVER! more
