Both times I have had oil changes they wash the car both don't even dry it off. it is a black 370Z, THAT LEAVES WATER SPOTS. I TAKE MY BLASCK TOYOTA TRUCK TO ANY OF...

quick easy transaction 8/21/2015

I used the internet and email to negotiate a price. I asked the sales person to quote me with an out the door price including doc fees and salestax. We were coming in from out of town to buy this vehicle. The car was ready to go and transaction was very quick and efficient. Great Job Jaremko more

Was able to get in in a timely manner 8/21/2015

I had a sudden fuel emission problem, and was able to get it fixed in two days. Jim kept me informed. All repairs finished by end of day 2 so I could get my car. My only negative was the interior of my car smelled of gasoline, which took several days to clear. more

nice clean shop, nice staff onhand 8/16/2015

my repair was around $700-$800. could be paid by me or insur. Since I have insur, I had to leave the car for a day or two for Insur. adjust. to inspect the bad part before I'm covered. I'm without a car for three or four days and no way to get home to Deer Park (walk?) Too much red tape to get my car fixed..thanks... more

Disappointed 8/8/2015

My husband authorized all needed work when he dropped the car off. None of the important work was done. they had my car for 3 days. They made no real effort to reach us by phone with any questions. this is the 3rd time we have been less than pleased with the service at this dealership We are done. more
