Both times I have had oil changes they wash the car both don't even dry it off. it is a black 370Z, THAT LEAVES WATER SPOTS. I TAKE MY BLASCK TOYOTA TRUCK TO ANY OF THEIR DEALER SHIPS THEY DRY IT OFF. YOUR SERVICE IS LACKING, WHY WOULD I GO BACK OR BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM YOU. THE LAST TWO 350-Z'S FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP DRIED THEM OFF AFTER THEY WASHED THEM. more

Employees are very nice 9/3/2015

Asked for an oil change and tired rotation and for some reason did not get the tire rotation but one of the employees was nice enough to give me a coupon so I overall I was pleased. more

I did not have to wait very long while they serviced my car. They were very friendly and because I bought my car there the first oil change was on them. more

Professional, thorough, courteous, and quick 9/2/2015

I was very happy with my service at Jaremko. I didn't have an appointment but found myself in Spokane at the time that I needed a servicing. I came in at 12:15, was greeted by Gary, and the service was started by 12:30. I had the chance to enjoy a fine Mexican meal less than a block away. By the time I returned, Austin, who sold me the Frontier three months earlier, greeted me by name and informed me that the service was just completed! more

I'm not wonderfully impressed, your labor rates are very high. 9/1/2015

I brought my Nissan Titan in for an exhaust leak diagnosis 8-31-15, and no exhaust leak was found. I am still confident that there is an exhaust leak near the manifold area, possibly where the head and manifold meet, but I will not be coming back to Jaremko because I am not confident in your diagnostic abilities, nor can I afford your services. more

Friendly, Reasonable, Simple Service! 9/1/2015

This was the first time I've ever bought a car brand new, as I've always gotten them used to save money. It was time, however, to finally get myself a brand new car and the salesperson here made it super easy. Austin was very knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly. He was very personable too and I felt like I could hang out with him outside of work! All in all, very satisfied with this company! more
