Service as good as it gets 10/17/2011

Service department was wonderful. Greeting was friendly yet professional . Diagnostic service was perfect and exhibited expansive knowledge of my Corvette. They arranged for a fine rental car quickly and at a reasonable price. Most importantly, the extensive service required was done expeditiously and completely with the car returned washed and ready to go. All of the service staff was friendly and helpful. In summary, a very unique experience from other dealer service in SoCal. more

Shady Dealers 10/25/2010

This place has the most unethical salespeople I've seen. My son is totally in debt and they are still trying to get him to buy a car. Even after his grandmother and myself have told them we will not co sign for him. The salesmen keeps calling my son. I spoke to the owner and he was just as sleezy as his salesmen telling me he couldn't stop anyone from buying a car. I told him I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and all he said was "Why do I need to contact them?". more

Not where you want to buy 1/21/2010

Run, run, run. These guys meet you at the curb like a bunch of low class hoodlums, won't even wait for me to park at the curb with my kids scared in the car asking "what do they want". When I did not see the car I wanted and tried to leave two guys came running out and worked hard to get me and my kids coaxed into coming back in. We did and they the sales reps give eye contact to each other to communicate to watch me so I don't leave, very shady looking sales people. I did not buy a car, and trust me they did not ever give up on me until I told them I'd go looking at other brands, then I was FLAT abandoned like I was useless. Very bad feeling from these guys and I did not trust a thing of what they said to me. I dont know if they are desperate or just have no real experience with people. more

Ive been to better places 11/14/2008

I went to this dealership because I knew the exact car I wanted. They were really nice on the phone and held the car for me to come see when I got off work. The problem then was that they didnt provide a carfax report, which other dealerships Ive been to usually do for a used car. Also the car was shaking and when I asked about that the salesman gave me some BS about it being old and thats typical... uh no it isnt. Then he tried to swindle me by giving me less than what he had stated on the phone for my trade in. At that point I just about walked out, however he did honor the price reluctantly (a measley $500). I ended up taking the car anyway, but I dont think they were particularly friendly or helpful at this dealership. I would definately buy elsewhere. Its too soon to know if the car I bought is a lemon. Stay tuned. more

Friendly Sales Staff! 8/25/2008

My son bought a Nisson 350Z. They didn't have the exact one he wanted so they ordered it for him and added nice floor mats, and a chrome 350Z license plate frame for the inconvenience of not having the car he wanted. more

Connell Nissan in Costa Mesa, CA 8/20/2008

Do not buy a car here. My brand new car started having problems. Our of the 3 weeks I owned it, Connell had it in for service for 10 days. I'm extremely unhappy with the service department. The general manager has zero customer skills and the business office couldn't even get my trade-in payment handled. I tried to get help from Nissan corporate consumer affairs. After placing a call 2 weeks ago, I have yet to speak with "my" specialist. Service is a joke. more

Yuck! 11/22/2005

If you have to buy a Nissan don't come to this low class dealership. The salesman are completely pushy, trashy and very creepy. They reminded me like a pack of wolves when I pulled out of the dealership, surrounding my car and even blocking me from leaving at one point. This is not the kind of experience I want in any kind of shopping I do. Definitely avoid. more
