I was 16 years old, my car had broken down and no one but these clowns were open. So I called them up and asked for a tow and while calling them on my cell phone I had lost the call. So I called back and which ever person answered the phone told me to stop calling or they would call the cops on me. I was a scarred 16 year old kid and this d-bag and his amateur sons business left me stranded. I hope you lose everything, your business, your house, everything. more

I have been taking my vehicles to Nightingales for over 20 years now. Always have a good experience with them. Its funny to see the last comment in here. I was actually standing there waiting on my oil change when the gentleman below was showing the damaged vehicle to the business owner. The damage was on his hood which could not have been done from towing a vehicle. The man was arrested for drunk driving, which is why his car got towed. Also the driver Noel, he speaks of drives a flatbed truck. So no wheels were on the ground when it was towed. Just another guy trying to take money from an honest business. And the man wonders why the owner dismissed his claims and told him to file a law suit in court. So why not file a suit if you feel they were at fault? Because he probably ran into something when he was drunk behind the wheel. I give Nightingale alot of credit for having to deal with these wackos everyday. They see alot of angry people because when some one gets thier vehicle impounded for breaking the law, they seem to think its everyone elses fault but thier own. Pros: Honest & Dependable more

My vehicle was towed by Nightingales and was damaged in the process due to improper handling. My bumper was cracked due to the operator not using caution on a low car. My car which is all wheel drive was then towed leaving the rear wheels on the ground which is a BIG no no. Upon picking up my car from their storage yard I noted the lower center of my bumper broken with fresh rust colored scuffs across the bottom. I immediately notified the attendant Noel (owners son) which he expressed very little concern and basically denied they did it. I made him note it on their records that I pointed the damage out prior to leaving with my vehicle. I contacted the owner John Nightingale via phone and told him what happen. He immediately took the position that they did not and could not have caused any damage. I took my vehicle there to personally show him what happened. His mind was already made up that they were not responsible and told me ""41A District Court is right down the street and I know the judge so sue me"". I take VERY good care of my vehicle and know for a FACT that the damage was caused while in their posession. This does not take in to account any driveline damage that was caused by towing my AWD vehicle with the rear wheels on the ground. As a local and business owner myself I felt for them when I heard Shelby Township wasn't renewing their towing contract. After experiencing what type of ethics and professionalism is practiced at Nightingales I'm no longer sorry they lost the contract. In the end, what goes around comes around. Cons: All more
