Class Act: Staff epitomize Customer Service.\r After my car was disabled in an accident, Nicks guys came and took me care of me and my family. They drove us to the yard, assisted with finding a hotel for us, provided the info for the car rental, took us to the hotel and Brian insisted I go in and check My room is confirmed, b4 unloading the luggage or driving away from the hotel. Thanks Brian, Tommy, Jeremy and the evening crew of Jun 21 . You went above and beyond to a stranger,a minority, a single woman, and her kids! Thank you! Thank you! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! 3/29/2012

I recently broke down while driving on Rte. 3 in East Rutherford, NJ. I called Nick's Towing service and within ten minutes a tow truck was available to help me. The driver was very helpful in getting me to a local service station and back on the road. I was pleasantly surprised with the price and excellent service I received and highly recommend Nick's Towings service! Thanks Nick's Towing for a GREAT EXPERIENCE! more

Helpful and Engaged 1/1/2012

We had an unfortunate accident on the Turnpike which brought us to Nick's 2 days before X-mas. Everyone we came in contact with was helpful, friendly and engaged beyond what is normally seen in today's business environment. Big corporations play the ""we really care"" line, but Nick's delivers. They made a difficult situation bearable. more

Worst Customer Service and will rob you!! 12/11/2011

I had and accident last week and cops called for the Tow truck.. I told Nick's Towing driver to take me to my shop ... he ignored me and insisted on taking my car first to Nick's towing place in Rutherford to speak with the clerk. I was there for an hour where I was given all kind of attitude from the clerk when I told her I didn't want to come here and I am calling my shop to send me their tow truck, she was so rude and unprofessional. The towing was $66 but they charged me $177 !! one day storage and I was there for an hour!! $35 admin $20 dirt and cleaning and other crap!! Take my advice and don't go there they will rob you and won't release your car untill you pay cash their stupid bill !!! more

Nick's Towing has wonderful service. 4/4/2010

Tommy from Nick's Towing was so helpful. From the time he picked up the phone until I was on my way after breaking down on the NJ Turnpike. This was a holiday weekend and these people were great. They came very quickly and helped me to be able to get on my way. Pros: Very quick response time and very helpful. more

Full service towing co 9/21/2009

when my truck broke down, they towed me to my last stop, waited for me to unload and towed me to a local dealer, it was after hours and they even helped me find a local and affordable hotel. Pros: fast and profesional Cons: very close to NYC more
