I just gave them one star, because it wouldn't let me give 0...These people are a joke...the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. When we bought a vehicle from a local mom and pop dealer in 2008, we signed our loan with United Auto Credit, come to find out our loan was sold to Nicholas Financial, and to make a long story short, had to fight with them for MONTHS and threaten legal action to get copies of our loan documents with them, and then once we got them, our name had been forged on several forms. We also were harrassed by their loan manager, and had to file a complaint to which he ultimately got fired. These people are very unprofessional, they come across nice, but as soon as you speak to them, they turn around and do/say something else. Very bad to do business with...shop around and make sure you DO NOT finance your vehicle with them.
