I HAVE USED NICE ALTERATIONS FOR YEARS 12/2/2009

I have used Lee for years and she has altered many things for me including 3 bridesmaid dresses. Her quality of work and customer service have always been precise and pleasant. Don't let 2 bad apples (coincindentally written on the same day? Hmm) alter your opion of Nice Alterations. As a matter of fact, I will be picking up a dress today. I will continue to use her; she is great! Pros: Nice and concise more

Poor Quality of Work and Terrible Customer Service 11/17/2009

I needed a brand new tommy hillfiger long sleeve mens shirt altered. The sleeves were too long and they marked the length after i tried it on for them. The length was off by 3/4 of an inch and the stitch was not straight. A week later I returned and described the mistake but to my surprise they refused to make it right. They said they would fix it but I would have too pay. I argued with the owner but she said she was not responsible. This is ""BS"". I work hard for my money and I exspect good work for good pay. RUINED MY BRAND NEW PANTS! 11/17/2009

TOOK MY NEW CUFFED TROUSER JEANS AND MADE THEM SHORTER. WHEN I GOT HEM BACK I WASHED THEM FOR THE FIRST TIME AND TRIED TO WEAR THEM AND REALIZED THEY WERE WAY TOO SHORT. SO I TOOK THEM BACK & THEY SAID YOU SHOLD ALWAYS WASH/DRY CLOTHES BEFORE ALTERING. i ASKED WHY DIDN'T THEY TELL ME THAT ESPECIALLY SINCE THE TAG WERE STILL ON THEM & THEY REPLIED THAT IT WASN'T THEIR RESPONSIBILITY (TO EDUCATE YOUR CUSTOMERS, REALLY?) SHE SAID SHE WOLD FIX IT BUT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY ALL OVER AGAIN!!!!! SO I TOOK THEM SOMEWHERE ELSE & THEY SAID THEY CAN MAKE THEM LONGER BUT I WILL LOSE THE CUFF! SO NICE ALTERATIONS TOTALLY RUINED MY PANTS & NOW I AM HAVING TO PAY AGAIN TO HAVE THEM ALTERED TO SOMETHING I DIDN'T WANT IN THE FIRST PLACE! WHATEVER HAPPENED TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, DOES IT EVEN EXIST ANYMORE! IN MY EYES THEY SHOULD REFUND ME THE MONEY I PAID! Pros: NONE ! Cons: BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE more
